How to play:
The goal in the main mode of Treasures of Montezuma 2 is to collect the gems that are attached to some of the tokens appearing on the game board. Each level challenges the player to collect more than the last.
Players are able to keep up with the ever-increasing demand by upgrading their totems between levels. Totems allow players to unleash special powers by making matches of the same colored token twice in a row. Red tokens power up the red totem, which destroys random tokens on the game board when activated, for example.
To play:
- Click on a token and drag it to create a vertical or horizontal line of three or more identical tokens.
- Make another match of the same kind of token to activate a totem.
- Collect gems by matching the tokens to which the jewels are attached.
- Collect all of the gems before time runs out.
